Clear Case for iPhone®
Greetings! This is an original photograph, taken on Red Mountain Pass (the Million Dollar Highway), between Ouray and Durango, Colorado. This beautiful lake is a special place when the Aspen leaves turn gold (all year-round too, of course; but there are very special times, and the fall in Colorado is one of those very special times). A reflection of beauty — whichever way you look at it!
There isn’t a fall that goes by that I don’t pack up all my gear and head to the high country of Colorado. When the trees go gold (and red and orange and…), it’s all about trekking through their highs (gold leaves touching the blue sky and the sun) and their lows (their freshly fallen leaves dusting the landscape along the trails and deep through the forest). Wow. I absolutely could not make it through the Winter if I didn’t spend time in my trees before they went to sleep!
