Greetings! This is an original photograph, taken along the Colorado River corridor – on the way to Moab, Utah. I’ve been hanging out (hiking, biking, canoeing, etc.) in Moab for centuries (okay, not that long, but I’m not a newbie to the area, that’s for sure). It’s a long trek from Colorado, but as soon as I get past the turn-off to Cisco and reach the Colorado River once again in this red-rock canyon, I know I’m in my home-away-from-home. Gotta’ get to Moab (regardless of the season – from sun to snow to sun again)! This is just one of many red-rock monarchs on the road to Moab!
