Greetings! This is an original photograph of taken at the Great Sand Dunes National Park in Colorado. A journey of a millennia for each grain of sand across Colorado's San Luis Valley. That's a long journey to a beautiful destination. Journey on! I’ve been camping and climbing in and around the dunes since I was seriously little (when it was a National Monument; not yet a National Park) — and I’ve eaten a lot of sand and played with a lot of snow on the dunes and let me tell you — it is always worth the journey to the spot where the sands meet the mountains!
