Greetings! This is an original photograph, taken at Lake Irene (approx. elevation of 10,700 feet) in the high heart of Rocky Mountain National Park. (The park was established in January 1915; and is located in Colorado – going over the top of the world between Estes Park and Grand Lake). The sun was setting behind the peaks and there were few people out an about. A special place nestled within a very special place. Protect our parks!
